12th November 2021 By natalieparkinson

Welcome to all of our children and families. It has been lovely to re-open our doors after the Summer break. The children have settled so well, and we thank our families for the role they have played in supporting their child’s transition.

Officially Ofsted Outstanding!!!

2nd April 2019 By natalieparkinson

We are really proud and pleased to announce that, following our recent Ofsted inspection on 12th March, we have once again been awarded Outstanding.

This judgement is due to the fantastic work and dedication of our staff team, who work really hard to provide the best education and care for the children. It is also due to the wonderful support we receive from our families. It is lovely to see that the importance of working together, to provide the best start for all of the children, has been recognised.

Please take the time to read our report.

Safe Internet Use

3rd March 2019 By natalieparkinson

Children of different ages, including those of nursery age, enjoy using technology. Often they will go online to play games, watch videos or use the internet to find out more about their world.

It is very important that we understand our children’s internet use and ensure that we keep them safe while they are online.

We will be handing out a leaflet that supports safe internet use for children under 5 years old. Please ensure that you pick up a copy or speak to your child’s key person if you do not receive one.

Please click the link below to find out more information on keeping young children safe online-

3rd March 2019 By natalieparkinson

You should have received your Parent Questionnaire, please speak to your child’s key person if you have not had a copy.

Your opinions are really important to us and help us to improve and think about new ideas and ways to work. Please return your completed questionnaire to nursery as soon as possible.

With many thanks.

Chinese New Year 2019

3rd March 2019 By natalieparkinson

We celebrated Chinese New Year, the Year of the Pig, across the week of Monday 11th February. We learnt about how people celebrate and tried a range of Chinese food. Together we created a Chinese dragon and took part in a traditional dance.

Other experiences included rice and noodle messy play, painting and drawing Chinese symbols and trying on authentic Chinese costumes.
